MATCHUP SUMMARY
The Vikings are coming off a tough OT loss in Baltimore to the Ravens. Dalvin Cook is ensnared in a domestic abuse case but I expect him to play this week. He has yet to have that breakout game and I expect this to be it. The Chargers are dead last in rushing defense DVOA and they have given up the third most FP to the RB position. Both Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson are in great spots as well as the Chargers CBs are banged up leaving them thin at that position. Tyler Conklin also has a great matchup as the Chargers have given up the 5th most FP to the TE position.
Back home after traveling to the East Coast and beating the Eagles, the Chargers are in for a prime eruption game. The Vikings have the 26th ranked rushing DVOA according to football outsiders, which sets up Austin Ekeler to smash here. Justin Herbert finally snapped out of a funk with a 34 DK point performance last week throwing for over 350 yards with 2 TDs and a rushing TD. Giving up the 6th most FP to the WR position, this sets up for a massive game for both Mike Williams and Keenan Allen. Allen has 24 targets over his last 2 weeks with 181 yards and a TD to show for it.
