MATCHUP SUMMARY

The red hot Tennessee Titans (5-2) have won three in a row and are coming off back-to-back home wins over Buffalo (34-31) and Kansas City (27-3). The Titans knocked off the Colts 25-16 back in week three behind Ryan Tannehill’s three passing touchdowns and 113 yards rushing from Derrick Henry. Wide receiver AJ Brown had season-highs in receptions (8) and yards (133) in the win over the Chiefs last week. Henry had his string of five straight 100-yard rushing games snapped last week (86 yards) but has been a fantasy stud this year and leads the league with 10 rushing touchdowns.

After a slow start to the season, Carson Wentz has really been solid the last few weeks leading the Colts to wins in three of their last four games. They are coming off a big 30-18 road win in San Francisco behind Wentz’s two passing touchdowns and 105 yards receiving and a touchdown from Michael Pittman Jr. Running back Jonathan Taylor rushed 107 yards and a touchdown. One concern for the Colts is on the defensive side of the ball. The secondary is struggling and could get exposed in this matchup against two good wide receivers in AJ Brown and Julio Jones. The Colts are optimistic that wide receiver T.Y. Hilton could return this week.

THE DFS GEMS

AJ Brown, TEN – $6,900 on DraftKings. After a slow start to the season battling through injuries Brown is back and has 15 catches for 224 yards over the last two games. He draws a nice matchup here against a struggling Colts secondary.

Carson Wentz, IND – $5,700 on DraftKings. On a week where we are missing the top QBs from the main slate, I will gladly go to Wentz here at this price point in a great matchup that should feature a lot of scoring from both teams.

Michael Pittman Jr, IND – $5,300 on DraftKings. Even if Hilton returns, I like Pittman here. He brings nice value with upside at this price tag and gets a tasty matchup here against the Titans.
