Broncos (17.5) AT Chiefs (29.5)

Let Russ Cook. Wilson comes into this matchup priced at 9.6K and has been playing some solid football so far this season. Wilson is averaging 21.22 DK points per game through 5 games this season. Wilson should be forced to chuck here as they are big road underdogs. This Chiefs defense allowed Zach Wilson to put up 20 DK points 11 days ago. Wilson also has rushed for 49 and 56 yards in two games this season and I think Chris Jones could have him scrambling here as well. Wilson has a rushing prop of 19.5 yards and a passing prop of 222.5 yards.

Patrick Mahomes has a healthy price tag of 12.8K but I still think that is a value on this slate. Mahomes has been doing it both passing and rushing this season with 154 yards rushing through the first 5 games. Mahomes has only hit the 300-yard passing mark once this season. I will have 100% Mahomes either in the Captain or Flex position tonight. Mahomes has a 268.5 passing prop and a 21.5 rushing prop.

We now have a 3 headed rushing attack here with Javonte coming back. I think McLaughlin has earned playing time and it will be interesting to see how they split up snaps for this game. I think it goes close to an even split with McLaughlin at 35%, Perine, at 35%, and Javonte at 30%. I think McLaughlin/Perine get the extra run since I expect them to be down and passing most of the game. At the time of writing this the props for the 3 RBs are not listed.

Pacheco is a guy I want to be well overweight on in this matchup. I expect the Chiefs to get up early and lean more on the run here. Pacheco will be my second favorite Captain option tonight next to Mahomes. Isiah has 15+ carries in the last 3 games and should continue to see some work in the passing game. He has the RedZone role locked up scoring twice in the last 3 games. The Broncos have been torched by RBs this season giving up over 100 DK points to the Dolphins. Their best game vs the position came against the Bears only giving up 27.7 DK points. McKinnon is in play for large field GPPs and CEH makes for a GPP punt option. Pacheco has a rush/rec prop of 92.5.

We have some tough pricing here with the Broncos wide outs. Jeudy is priced all the way up to 9K and Courtland Sutton has a tag of 7.8K. Jeudy has 50+ yards in 3 straight games but has yet to crack even 15 DK points. I would project Jeudy for 6-7 targets and if he doesn’t find the endzone we are looking at another 8–11-point game from him. I will have him in the Flex at around the field. Sutton will be more popular with the savings but I will look to be overweight on him in the Flex and possibly have a sprinkle in the Captain spot. Sutton has scored in 3 of 5 games and has hit 11 DK points in all but 1 game. Sutton has been the RedZone target Wilson has looked to as all 3 touchdowns came inside the RedZone. For GPPs, I really like the upside that Mims has especially for showdown. Mims is priced at 4.6K and has been a deep threat they have used. His snaps have increased in the last 3 games and I think we see Wilson take some shots to him as they should be down most of the game. Brandon Johnson has a price tag of 1.2K and has played roughly half the snaps each game with 1+ catches in every game including 3 touchdowns. Johnson is a strong punt option here. Receiving Props: Jeudy 53.5, Sutton 45.5, Mims 17.5, Johnson 11.5.

On the Chiefs side of the ball, it is always tough to gauge where Mahomes will go with the ball. They have 5-6 options they will mix in throughout the game. My favorite option is Rashee Rice and the upside he brings. The price tag is up there at 6.4K and should keep his ownership capped. I have been playing him on the main slates the past few weeks and he has 17 catches on the year. He caught 4 of 5 targets for 33 yards and a touchdown last week. Skyy Moore and MVS are the guys I will be off of. Kadarius Toney is a solid upside cheapie at 4K that I will have in the Flex. Justin Watson is one of my favorite punt options on the slate. Watson is priced at 2.2K and is averaging over 20 yards per catch this season. He has 45+ yards in 4 of 5 games this season. I think you could even play Watson in the Captain for a sprinkle. Receiving Props: Rice 32.5, Toney 28.5, Moore 24.5, Watson 21.5, MVS 17.5.

The Broncos haven’t used the tight end position much this year as Adam Trautmen spent the 3 games running wind sprints and blocking. Trautmen did finally get some work last week catching 4 of 5 targets for 26 yards and a touchdown.

We need to monitor the Travis Kelce news here as he could be on a pitch count or limited as he was injured last week. He has a high price tag of 11K and I will wait until closer to game time to figure out how I want to approach him.

The Chiefs defense is priced all the way up to 5.6K. I feel this is a massive price tag for defense and will be underweight on them. I will fully fade the Broncos defense as well. Both kickers are great value options here at 4.8 and 4.2K. I will be around the field or slightly over on them.

Isiah Pacheco CAPT + Patrick Mahomes + Justin Watson 6.9K left per position
