MATCHUP SUMMARY
Tuesday Night Football is back in our lives and who is not excited??? The Seahawks will likely be without Tyler Lockett, Alex Collins and several defensive pieces due to the health and safety protocols. Lockett’s absence should lead to additional targets for DK Metcalf in a matchup against a Rams’ secondary that has allowed nearly 125 fantasy points to opposing Wide Receivers over the last three games. It should equally enhance the outlook for Tight End Gerald Everett who has scored twice on 17 targets over his last three games. On the two game slate you need to prioritize volume and I would only chance guys like Freddie Swain, D’Wayne Eskridge or Will Dissly if running 150 lineups. Seattle’s infatuation with running the football means Rashaad Penny should see decent volume and he’s in consideration for this small slate despite having almost no involvement in the passing game.
The Rams will be limited by defensive injuries but look to be down only Tyler Higbee on the offensive front. Darrell Henderson returned from the health and safety protocols but is expected to split the work and perhaps cede lead-back duties to Sony Michel. The state of the small two-game slate and of Seattle’s defense is such that you can consider playing Henderson and Michel together at a thin Running Back position. Cooper Kupp should once again be the leading scorer on the slate, especially this one in particular. You can pair Matthew Stafford with Kupp and one of the rejuvenated Odell Beckham, Jr. or Van Jefferson. There’s probably little need to play Kendall Blanton as your Tight End on a slate with Dallas Goeddert, but he could find the end zone for Showdown contests no doubt.

COOPER KUPP, LAR – $8800 on DraftKings. Just play him, ok?
DK METCALF, SEA – $6400 on DraftKings. The volume, opportunity and matchup without Lockett make him a near-lock for me on this slate.
MATTHEW STAFFORD, LAR – $6700 on DraftKings. The best Quarterback in the dome game on this slate.
SONY MICHEL, LAR – $5800 on DraftKings. In a very good spot even if Henderson eats into the workload.
DARRELL HENDERSON, LAR – $5500 on DraftKings. In play even with Michel producing on this small slate.
