MATCHUP SUMMARY

The Saints come off a close loss to the Falcons last week, in which they made a great comeback in the 4th quarter. Trevor Siemian struggled early in the game but played well late in the 4th as the Saints came back from 18 down. They scored all 3 touchdowns in the final 8 minutes of the game only to lose to a last-second field goal. Alvin Kamara led the team in both rushing and receiving, carrying the ball 13 times for 50 yards and added in 54 yards receiving on 4 catches. Mark Ingram is back in the fold and carried the ball 9 times for 43 yards. 7 different Saints caught 2 or more passes in the game with Deonte Harris leading the team with 6 catches on 8 targets for 52 yards. Taysom Hill didn’t see much work in his return only rushing 1 time for 4 yards and was 2-2 passing the ball for 33 yards. This is a really tough team to target DFS wise as they spread the ball around too much and with the addition of Ingram it is tough to pay the price tag for Kamara.

Tennessee has won their last 5 games beating the likes of Buffalo, Kansas City, Indianapolis, and the Rams on the road last week. The Titans’ defense played a huge role in the win last weekend as the offense only totaled 194 total yards. The Titans split carries between three-ball carries after losing Derrick Henry. Adrian Peterson led the team in carries with 10, rushing for 21 yards. D’Onta Foreman led the team in rushing yards with 29 off 5 carries. Jeremy McNichols had 7 carries for 24 yards and had 3 catches out of the backfield for 11 yards. AJ Brown had 11 targets catching 5 for 42 yards. Julio Jones had 35 yards on 4 catches. This is another team that will be tough to target outside of playing AJ Brown as a one-off.
