Raheem Mostert Over 47.5 Rushing Yards
The playoffs start today for the Dolphins. It’s win or go home, and Mike Mcdaniel’s job may be on the line.
The run game has been fantastic in the first half for Miami, but they have been abandoning it in the late part of games. If they want to win here, they will need to stick with it, even if they are trailing. Bettors can expect very little from Skylar Thompson, and Miami will need Mostert to have a game to keep their season alive.
Cardinals DST Over 1.5 Sacks
When looking through the PrizePicks board, I was hoping to find a play for JJ Watt, as it’s his final NFL game. I would have taken Watt alone to record two sacks, so the fact that bettors can take the entire defense makes for an easy play.
JJ Watt is one of the best defensive players in NFL history, but at the young age of 33, he’s decided he’s had enough. It’s a shame he won’t have a playoff run to usher him out, but at least he knows this is his last game. There is no way the best defensive player of this generation can go out on a two-tackle game, so bettors can ride this narrative to the bank.
Tyrese Maxey Over 22.5 Points
Having Tyrese Maxey back in the lineup has been a huge help for the 76ers. His minutes were limited in his first couple of starts, but his point totals have increased with his minutes.
Today, Philly takes on the Pistons, and this is the perfect feature spot for Maxey. He’ll see his needed minutes, even if it’s a blowout, and he should have no problem raining threes on this Detroit team.
Blake Wheeler Over 2 Shots on Goal
The Winnipeg Jets have been missing Wheeler for several weeks. He missed time due to a ruptured testicle, but it was recently reported that he finished a game after it ruptured when drilled with a puck. There is no doubt hockey players are the toughest athletes on the planet, but this brings it to a whole new level.
This number is low because he didn’t take any shots in his first game back, but before his injury, he had a minimum of two shots on net. Taking on Vancouver today, Wheeler should have plenty of scoring opportunities.
