Didn’t love the games tonight so I’m playing small. Half to quarter units since they’re player props and I play those smaller anyway.

Vancouver Canucks (+205) @ New York Rangers (-245)

I looked up and down to try and find a way to get value out of the Rangers game lines tonight but there’s just nothing. I think you can add them to a parlay as the Canucks have been bad on the road all year and absolutely terrible on the East Coast.

With that I’m going to continue to ride the hot hand of Filip Chytil. Scoring 7 points in the Rangers last 5 games I see no reason this trend should shift tonight. He’s a fantastic depth player who has been finding his stride lately and a large reason to the Rangers recent success.

Another man to watch is Mika Zibanejad. He’s the shooter on the power play, with the Canucks averaging 3 penalties a game he should have plenty of chances to find the back of the net. His goal prop on Draft Kings is trash (-110) so take it over to Fan Duel (+154) if you can.

Minnesota Wild (+135) @ Dallas Stars (-155)

This should be a fantastic game overall but with such a low total and the fact they’ve split the series so far I have a tough time getting a read on things. Luckily we have the Wild Whisperer Matty Ice. He’s a huge fan of Ryan Hartman to record a point tonight, and rightfully so.

Being moved to the top line with Kirill and Zuccarello he should have plenty of chances to add his name to the score sheet. Last time he was in the position he gave a 2 point performance with both a goal and assist. The Stars are a solid defensive team but even they had a hard time slowing down the Wilds top line last time they were in town, allowing Kirill and Zucc to put up 6 shots and 2 points total.
