MATCHUP SUMMARY
Deshaun Watson has been really bad since making his return this season. In 4 games, he has yet to go above 17.5 DK points. I wont have any of him this week. The Commanders DST is allowing the 4th fewest FP to the RB this season. Nick Chubb has crossed 10 DK only once in his last 4 games. No interest for me here. Same goes for Kareem Hunt.
I am not thrilled with the WR for the Browns either. Amari Cooper would be the only one I could play. At 5800 in a game where the total is so slow, I doubt I see myself playing him here. Peoples-Jones is always in play for tournaments as he could always catch a deep bomb. I’m not thrilled. David Njoku is getting ALL the work for the TEs here. Problem is that he is 4100. I’m not sure I’m willing to pay for him here either. This Browns offense will likely be a complete FADE for me this week.
The Commanders are turning back to Carson Wentz this week after he replaced Heinicke in the game last week. ZERO interest in playing him here as the Commanders will look to #ESTABLISHIT early and often. As of this writing, Antonio Gibson hasn’t practiced all week. If he misses, its def BRIAN ROBINSON SZN. This Browns team has given up the 4th most FP to the RB this season. At 5200 and a home favorite, I’m hoping he doesn’t come in too chalky here.
As far as the WR go for the Commanders, Curtis Samuel seems to be Wentz’s favorite target. He led the Commanders in targets before he got hurt. Additionally, after coming in for Heinicke last week, Wentz threw a TD pass to Curtis Samuel. I will be off McLaurin here. I don’t hate Jahan Dotson here as he has been a TD machine this season. Logan Thomas played 71% of the snaps last week and had a 24% target share last week. I like him a bit at only 3100.
I like both DST this week.
