MATCHUP SUMMARY
The 5-4 Saints come off a second straight 2 point loss, this time losing to Tennessee. Trevor Siemian continues to take the majority of the snaps for the Saints as Taysom Hill has been used in special packages. Siemian has improved in his last 3 games when looking at the QBR metric. He threw the ball 34 times last week completing 19 for 298 yards and 2 touchdowns. Deonte Harris led the team in receiving yards with 84 off 3 catches. Mark Ingram shouldered the majority of the RB usage rushing 14 times for 47 yards and a touchdown. He also added in 4 catches for 61 yards. Tre’Quan Smith tied Ingram for the most targets with 7, catching 4 for 44 yards and a touchdown. Alvin Kamara returned to practice and is trending towards playing, but we still need to keep an eye on this situation.
Jalen Hurts and the Eagles enter off a win last week vs the Broncos. In the last 2 games, the Eagles have finally started to incorporate rookie DeVonta Smith more as he found the endzone twice last week. He caught 4 of 6 targets for 66 yards and the 2 touchdowns. The Eagles backfield has too many mouths to feed to consider any for DFS purposes as Howard, Scott, and Hurts all had 10+ carries. Miles Sanders has been designated to return from the IR as well making it even tougher. Dallas Goedert left the game early after catching 2 passes for 28 yards due to a concussion. He did not practice on Wednesday and is in jeopardy of missing this weekend’s game.
This looks to be a tough game to target for fantasy purposes this week as this should be a slow-moving game. The total has already dropped 4.5 points from its opening number of 48. If anything I would look to target a one-off from this game at best. There are just better spots to attack this week for fantasy purposes.

Deonte Harris, NO – $4,200 on DraftKings. Has been seeing good volume the past 3 weeks and has a solid ceiling for this price tag.
DeVonta Smith, PHI – $6,400 on DraftKings. Back-to-back 20+ fantasy point games and his usage is finally starting trending upward.
