Welcome everyone to your Run Pure Sports – NBA DFS Daily Breakdown. Today we will be previewing Wednesday’s 11 game slate in the NBA. The idea of this article will be to give you a quick glance at the games each day and provide the overnight point spreads, game and team totals along with overnight injury news and potential DFS targets.

PACERS (111.5) -6, 217 vs PISTONS (105.5)

The Indiana Pacers (19-23) will welcome in the Detroit Pistons (13-30) to Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Pacers are coming off a thumping at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks 140-113 on Monday. They did play without two starters in Myles Turner and Malcolm Brogdon. Domantas Sabonis led the way 22 points and 9 rebounds. They will look to get back on track against the last-place Pistons who are coming off a 100-86 loss in Chicago. Jerami Grant continues to lead the Pistons at 23.3 ppg.

BUCKS (117) -3.5, 230.5 vs CELTICS (113.5)

The Milwaukee Bucks (28-14) will look to make it eight wins in a row when they host the Boston Celtics (21-22). The Bucks have won seven in a row and 12 of their past 13 games. They beat the Pacers 140-113 on Monday and did it without Giannis Antetokounmpo. His availability for tonight is in question. In the win they were led by Jrue Holiday with 28 points and 14 assists. Khris Middleton added 25 points and 8 rebounds. Pat Connaughton stepped in for Giannis and added 20 points and 9 rebounds. The Celtics have lost four of their last five games after a 132-126 setback at Memphis. The Celtics played without Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker. They were led by Jaylen Brown with 27 points and 9 rebounds. Jeff Teague got the start and had 26 points and 6 assists. They are 5-5 in their last 10 games.

NUGGETS (112.5) -1, 224 @ RAPTORS (111.5)

The Denver Nuggets (26-17) will look to stay red hot when they travel to Toronto to take on the Raptors (17-26). The Nuggets beat Orlando last night 110-99 and have now won eight of their last 10 games. Nikola Jokic continues his push for NBA MVP with his 12th triple-double of the season finishing with 28 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists. The Raptors are heading in the opposite direction as they have now lost nine games in a row after a disappointing 117-99 loss in Houston on Monday night. Fred Vanvleet and Pascal Siakam combined for 48 points and 18 rebounds in the loss.

BULLS (112) -6, 218 vs CAVALIERS (106)

The Chicago Bulls (19-23) will welcome in the Cleveland Cavaliers (16-27) to the United Center. The Bulls are coming off a 120-95 loss at home to the Utah Jazz who own the best record in the NBA. Zach LaVine led the way with 27 points but was only 10-25 from the field in the loss. They are 4-6 in their last 10 games. The Cavaliers are coming off a disappointing home loss to Sacramento 119-105. The team may have a new look when they return home on April 1st. Center Andre Drummond and JaVale McGee could get dealt before the trade deadline.

The Charlotte Hornets (21-21)  will look to make it two in a row when they travel to Houston to take on the Rockets (12-30) at the Toyota Center. The Hornets defeated the Spurs in San Antonio 100-97 on Monday in their first game without LaMelo Ball who underwent successful surgery on his fractured wrist. The team was led by Gordon Hayward with 27 points, Terry Rozier added 24. The Rockets meanwhile finally snapped their franchise-record 20 game losing streak with a 117-99 win over the Raptors. John Wall led the way with a triple double with 19 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. Sterling Brown got the start and had 20 points and 10 rebounds.

MAVERICKS (119) -8, 230 @ TIMBERWOLVES (111)

The Minnesota Timberwolves (10-33) will welcome in the Dallas Mavericks (22-19) to the Target Center. The Timberwolves are coming off a 112-103 loss to Oklahoma City and are 3-7 in their last 10 games. Karl Anthony-Towns led the way with 33 points and 10 rebounds in the loss to the Thunder. Anthony Edwards is coming off a couple cold shooting nights with 27 total points in the last two games on only 10-34 from the field. The Mavericks split two games in Portland over the weekend losing 125-119 but winning the rematch 132-92. In those two games Luka Doncic scored 67 points with 16 rebounds and 13 assists. He is 6th in the league in scoring at 29 ppg.

The Phoenix Suns (29-13) will look to stay hot as they travel to Orlando to take on the Magic (14-29). They have won three in a row and nine of 11 games after defeating the Heat last night in Miami 110-100. They are now two wins from matching the franchise record for consecutive road victories (9). Devin Booker led the way with 23 points, Deandre Ayton added 17 points and 16 rebounds. The Magic have lost 11 of their last 12 games. Evan Fournier had 31 points in the 110-99 home loss to the Nuggets last night. Nikola Vuvevic leads the team with 24.6 ppg and 11.8 rebounds.

GRIZZLIES (113.5) -5.5, 221.5 @ THUNDER (108)

Two of the best young guards go head-to-head when the Oklahoma City Thunder (19-24) play host to the Memphis Grizzlies (20-20). Ja Morant and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander highlight this matchup of young guards. They both lead their teams in scoring with Gilgeous-Alexander at 23.7 ppg and Morant at 19.3 ppg. The Thunder come in off back-to-back road wins over Houston and Minnesota but are only 4-6 in their last 10 games. The Grizzlies defeated Boston on Monday night 132-126 behind 29 points and 9 assists from Morant. Jonas Valanciunas had another double double with 16 points and 19 rebounds.

The Los Angeles Clippers (28-16) will try to make it three wins in a row when they visit the San Antonio Spurs (22-18). The Clippers defeated the Hawks 119-110 on Monday behind Kawhi Leonard’s 25 points and 7 assists. They got a great boost off the bench when Terance Mann and Luke Kennard combined for 41 points and 17 rebounds. They are 5-5 in their last 10 games. The Spurs are coming off a disappointing home loss to the Hornets 100-97. DeMar DeRozan had 28 points in the loss.

The Atlanta Hawks (22-21) saw their eight game winning streak snapped at the LA Clippers on Monday 119-110. They will look to start a new streak tonight when they travel to Sacramento to take on the Kings (18-25). Trae Young led the way with 28 points, John Collins added 23. The Kings are coming off a 119-105 win over the Cavaliers, when rookie Tyrese Haliburton scored a career-high 28 points. De’Aaron Fox led the team with 30 points and 6 assists.

JAZZ (120.5) -7, 234 vs NETS (113.5)

The Utah Jazz (31-11) will host the Brooklyn Nets (30-14) in a battle between two of the league’s top teams. The Nets are coming off a 116-112 win in Portland behind James Harden’s 25 points and 17 assists. Once again they played without stars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, who will both sit again tonight. They have now won eight of their last nine games. The Utah Jazz were red-hot most of the year but have been mediocre recently going 5-5 over their last 10 games. They defeated the Bulls in Chicago on Monday 120-95 behind 30 points from Donovan Mitchell and got another solid performance in the paint from Rudy Gobert who finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
