Welcome everyone to your Run Pure Sports – NBA DFS Daily Breakdown. Today we will be previewing Tuesday’s six game slate in the NBA. The idea of this article will be to give you a quick glance at the games each day and provide the overnight point spreads, game and team totals along with overnight injury news and potential DFS targets.

NUGGETS (112.5) -7.5, 217.5 @ MAGIC (105)

The Denver Nuggets (25-17) travel to Orlando to take on the Magic (14-28). The Nuggets are coming off a rare loss to New Orleans 113-108. In the loss, Nikola Jokic continued his torrid play recording his 11th triple double of the season with 29/10/10. They are 8-2 in their last 10 games. The Magic have lost 10 of 11 games and coming off a 112-96 loss in Boston on Sunday. All-star Nikola Vucevic recorded his 29th double-double after scoring scoring 22 points and grabbing 13 rebounds in the loss. The return of Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier has helped the last three games.

PELICANS (114.5) -6, 223 vs LAKERS (108.5)

The Los Angeles Lakers (28-15) will travel to New Orleans to take on the Pelicans (18-24). The Lakers have been without former Pelican and now Laker Anthony Davis for the last five weeks and now will be without Lebron James indefinitely because of a high-ankle sprain he suffered against Atlanta on Saturday. They lost to the Suns 111-94 on Sunday in the first game without James. Montrezl Harrell continued his hot offense of late leading the team with 23 points and 10 rebounds. He has now scored 20+ points in four of five games off the bench. The Pelicans are coming off arguably their best win of the season on the road at Denver 113-108. Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram each had 30 points while Nickeil Alexander-Walker added 20

KNICKS (114.5) -2.5, 226.5 vs WIZARDS (112)

The New York Knicks (21-22) will welcome in the Washington Wizards (15-26) to Madison Square Garden. The tough-luck Knicks have lost four of six games after going 8-3 in their previous 11. They are coming off four straight games decided by five points or less. Julius Randle led the team with 24 points. Alex Burks came off the bench to score 20 and Nerlens Noel added a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. The Wizards have been struggling lately as well losing six of their past seven and are 2-8 in their last 10 games after falling in Brooklyn 113-106. Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook continue to crush on a nightly basis from a fantasy perspective. Westbrook recorded yet another triple-double with 29 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists in the latest loss. The Knicks beat the Wizards 109-91 when they played back on Feb. 12th in Washington.

HEAT (109) -1, 217 vs SUNS (108)

The Phoenix Suns (28-13) look to stay red hot as they take on the Miami Heat (22-21). The Suns have won eight of 10 games and are coming off a 111-94 win over the Lakers. Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton each had 26 points and Chris Paul recorded a triple-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists. The Heat come in trying to snap a three game losing streak after getting swept by Indiana over the weekend. They had won their previous five games. Bam Adebayo paced the Heat with 29 points and 10 rebounds while Jimmy Butler added 21 points and 15 rebounds.

76’ERS (113) -3.5, 222.5 @ WARRIORS (109.5) 

The Philadelphia 76’ers (30-13) look to make it nine wins in 10 games when they travel to Golden State to take on the Warriors (22-21). They are coming off a 101-100 win last night in New York. Shake Milton led the team with 21 points off the bench. Tobias Harris added 20. They own the best record in the Eastern Conference. The Warriors are coming off a 111-103 loss to Memphis and have lost four of their last six games. The Curry’s (Steph and Seth) are looking to play against each other for the 14th time in their careers however each has missed the last two games and are considered questionable. The Warriors split two games with Memphis. Andrew Wiggins exploded with a season-high 40 points in the win on Friday. Jordan Poole has provided some nice value in the absence of Steph scoring 25 and 26 points the last two games.

TRAIL BLAZERS (120.5) -5, 236 vs NETS (115.5)

The Brooklyn Nets (29-14) will be looking for their 16th win in 18 games when they travel to Portand to take on the Trail Blazers (25-17). The Nets will be without the services of Kyrie Irving (family matter) and have already been without Kevin Durant. James Harden recorded 26 points in Sunday’s 113-106 win over Washington. He is averaging 25 points, 11 assist and 9 rebounds in 29 games with the Nets. Portland is coming off an ugly loss to Dallas 132-92 but prior to that had won seven of their previous nine games. Damian Lillard led the way with 19 points but was 0-7 from 3-point  range. As a team the Blazers were 9 for 41. They are 7-3 in their last 10 games.
