Welcome everyone to your Run Pure Sports – NBA DFS Daily Breakdown. Today we will be previewing Monday’s 11-game slate in the NBA. The idea of this article will be to give you a quick glance at the games each day and provide the overnight point spreads, game and team totals along with overnight injury news and potential DFS targets.

The Atlanta Hawks (34-27) look to get healthy when they welcome in the Detroit Pistons (18-43) to Little Caesars Arena. The Hawks, playing without star guard Trae Young knocked off the Milwaukee Bucks at home last night 111-104. Bogdan Bogdanovic led the way with 32 points. Kevin Huerter added 20. They are 11-3 in the month of April. The Pistons are coming off a loss in Indiana 115-109 and have now lost three games in a row. Jerami Grant led the way with 25 points. Mason Plumlee added 17 points and 21 rebounds. They are 3-7 in their last 10 games.

The Los Angeles Lakers (35-25) will look to break a three-game losing streak when they travel to Orlando to take on the Magic (18-42). The Lakers lost to the Dallas Mavericks twice in the last four days 115-100 and 108-93. The big story though was the return of Anthony Davis. He played 16 minutes in the first game and had 4 points on 2-10 shooting in only 16 minutes. In the second game he had 17 points on 5-19 shooting in 28 minutes. He is listed as questionable for tonight. They are 4-6 in their last 10 games. The Magic lost at home to Indiana last night 131-112 and have now lost five games in a row and 11 of their last 12. Dwayne Bacon had 20 points. Wendell Carter Jr. added 10 points and 13 rebounds.

The shorthanded Philadelphia 76’ers (39-21) will try to snap a four-game losing streak when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder (20-40). They lost a pair of games in Milwaukee on Thursday 124-117 and Saturday 132-94. Ben Simmons did not play in either game and Joel Embiid was a late scratch on Saturday with right shoulder soreness. They are the #2 seed in the East behind the Brooklyn Nets with 12 games remaining. The rebuilding Thunder will try to snap a 13-game losing streak as they still have not won a game this month. Their most recent loss was at home to the Washington Wizards 129-109. Darius Bazley and Theo Maledon each had 20 points.

They have moved into the #4 seed in the East with 11 games remaining. The Suns are coming of rare back-to-back losses on the road to Boston 99-86 and Brooklyn 128-119. They had won 12 of their previous 14 games. In their loss to the Nets, Devin Booker led the way with 36 points. Deandre Ayton had 20 points and 13 rebounds. The Clippers are coming off a 109-104 win in Houston and have now won dour games in a row and 11 of their last 12. Kawhi Leonard sat out again with a sore right foot. Paul George had a game-high 33 points and 14 rebounds. The Pelicans are heading in the opposite direction as they have dropped five of their last six games after losing at home to San Antonio 110-108. Zion Williamson led the way with 33 points and 14 rebounds. Brandon Ingram and Lonzo Ball each added 24.

Leading scorer Jimmy Butler had 20 points and 8 assists and Bam Adebayo added 20 points and 10 assists. The Heat are 6-4 in their last 10 games. The Bulls were led by Coby White with 31 points. Nikola Vucevic added 26 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists. They continue to play without leading scorer Zach LaVine who is out due to health and safety protocols.
