The Hawks stay in Detroit for game two of this mini-series against the Pistons.

Atlanta edged out the Pistons on Wednesday to pick up the win, but they failed to cover the spread once again — Atlanta is 1-3 ATS.

We have already seen quite a few teams play back to back games in the same city, and they almost always split. This isn’t baseball; it’s extremely difficult to beat a team twice in the NBA.

Young cooked the Pistons for a season-high thirty-five, but he picked up half those points at the line. So if the Pistons want to have a chance of winning tonight, they’ll have to limit Young without fouling him.

The Hawks have been taking care of business, and Trae Young still looks a step behind. He has a field goal percentage of 35% and 23% from behind the arc. Once he gets rolling, this team will be dangerous.

Bettors should look for Atlanta to break the pattern, and Trae should have another great evening.

Philadelphia 76ers (-115) @ Toronto Raptors (+105)

The 76ers and Raptors also wrap up a two-game series tonight in Canada.

Both Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey turned in a 31-point performance, but that wasn’t enough to pick up the win. Everyone on the starting lineup for Toronto scored 15+ points, and they received an additional 26 points from their bench.

After taking a ten-point loss while being a one-point favorite, the 76ers still hold a one-point line tonight. So, this is an excellent spot for bettors.

As previously stated, two-game sets are historically split, and the 76ers need to right the ship, as they have opened the season with four losses in five games. Playing the same team they saw Wednesday, Doc Rivers needs to make the necessary adjustments to pick up Philly’s first road win of the season.

As the current favorite to be the first coach fired, back to back losses to the Raptors could expedite that bet cashing.
