    Five Pitchers to Consider
  1. Max Scherzer, $11,000 (DK) vs Minnesota – Scherzer is coming off a solid start against this same Twins team last week in Minnesota. He gave up just 2 earned runs over 7 innings with 10 strikeouts in a no decision. He gets a $1,000 discount from his $12,000 price tag last week in the same spot. The Twins lead the league in strikeouts on the season.
  2. Freddy Peralta, $10,300 (DK) vs Philadelphia – Great pitching matchup here with Freddy Peralta and Zack Wheeler in American Family Field. Peralta has been been in a zone over his last 6 starts. He is 5-0 giving up 2 runs or less in 5 of the 6 starts. He has 59 strikeouts over that stretch in just 36 innings.
  3. Kodai Senga, $9,600 (DK) vs Seattle – Senga has pitched well over his last 4 starts compiling over 20+ fantasy points in each start. The Seattle offense has been hot of late but have run into a few injuries. Julio Rodriguez missed the last 2 games in Oakland as he has been dealing with a nerve issue in his foot.
  4. Eury Perez, $8,800 (DK) @ Washington – Perez is coming off back-to-back strong starts against Washington and Los Angeles. He tossed 6 scoreless innings in each of those starts with 17 strikeouts to just one walk. He was let down by lack of run support in each of those starts however coming away with a no decision in each.
  5. James Paxton, $7,500 (DK) @ Kansas City – Paxton is just way too cheap here in a great matchup on the road against the struggling Royals. Paxton is coming off a couple rough starts but they did come against two strong offenses in the Dodgers and Astros. He is one of my favorite plays in the mid range tonight.

    Five Stacks to Consider

  1. Toronto Blue Jays vs Chris Flexen (R) – The Blue Jays will be very chalky here in a great matchup against Chris Flexen in Coors Field. Draft Kings did a terrible job of pricing here with this offense as Vladimir Guerrero Jr and George Springer are the only guys over $5,000. Smash spot here for a 5-man stack.
  2. Baltimore Orioles vs Zach Davies (R) – I really like this spot for the Orioles against Zach Davies in Arizona. He is 0-4 at home this year and has given up 3 or more runs in 7 of his last 9 starts. Like this stack from 1-7 in the order here tonight.
  3. Boston Red Sox vs Jordan Lyles (R) – Lyles comes into this game with a 3-15 record and a 6.51 era on the season. Over his last 5 starts he has given up 26 earned runs in just 29 innings, including 11 home runs (33 Home runs on the season). Love the visiting Red Sox here getting a guaranteed 9th inning at bat.
  4. San Diego Padres vs Tristan Beck (R) – The Padres offense has been one of the bigger disappointments in 2023 but should come in really low owned here against Tristan Beck. Will be looking more at the top of the lineup here targeting the power bats.
  5. Houston Astros vs Carlos Rodon (L) – The Astros offense has been crushing of late and now get a struggling Carlos Rodon at home. Rodon is winless over his last 4 starts and has given up 6 home runs in his last 17 innings. Love the whole lineup here not leaving out the lefties Yordan Alvarez and Kyle Tucker.
