5 Pitchers to consider on this slate:

  1. Yusei Kikuchi – 9.0DK – Not a great pitching slate in the upper price range tonight. Kikuchi is the first pitcher that I have interest in on this slate. Over the last 5 weeks, he has a 3.54 xFIP, 25% k rate and a 7% walk rate.
  2. Jack Flaherty – 8.4DK – Has been really good for the Orioles since the deadline. He has recording 8 strikeouts in each of his first 2 outings and now gets to go into the pitcher friendly petco park. Over the last 5 weeks, he has a 4 xFIP, 26% k rate and a 8% walk rate.
  3. Nick Pivetta – 7.8DK –  Need to watch the weather for this one. Pivetta has been awesome over the last 5 weeks. He has a slate low 2.88 xFIP, 36% k rate and a 6% walk rate. He will def be chalk here, but the spot is awesome.
  4.  Touki Toussaint – 6.9DK – He keeps putting up decent DK scores with over 14.7 DK in  each of his last 3. He just put up 16.6 DK against the vaunted Rangers offense and should be able to handle this Cubs team with the wind blowing in from left.
  5. Emerson Hancock – 5.5DK – I like him quite a bit here in KC against the Royals. He went 5 innings and 87 pitches in his debut with 3 ks and 3 walks and only 1 ER given up. He had a massive 64% GB rate in that start.

5 Stacks to consider on this slate:

  1. Atlanta Braves – The Braves absolutely NUKED last nights slate and they are going to do it again here tonight!!! Severino has been absolutely horrendous. He is allowing over a 224 ISO and 380 WOBA to BOTH sides of the plate, but its the lefties that are the REAL issue. We should get nicky lopez back in the lineup here as well as Albies went in the IL with hammy tightness. Riley and Olson have been by far the best 2 vs righties over the last month. I like the whole lineup here!
  2. Arizona Diamondbacks –  They def disappointed last night, but I will be going right back to the well here. Ty Blach and this pen just arent good at all. Marte, Pham and Walker are the priorities here followed by Carroll, Gurriel and Moreno.
  3. Colorado Rockies – The Rockies always come in underowned and last night they were the team to have over the dbacks. They get an opener and then a rookie making his first appearance in Coors. Blackmon, Tovar, McMahon and Diaz are the priorities here.
  4. Texas Rangers – Lucas Giolito has been getting owned since the trade deadline. He is allowing over a 315 ISO and 409 WOBA to BOTH sides of the plate. Only 4 pitchers have given up more HRs than Giolito this season. That is a recipe for disaster with this Rangers team… LOVE them here.
  5. Seattle Mariners – Jordan Lyles is complete trash and should be working at Lidl or something. He has given up 24! Homers on the season. Jrod, Suarez, Raleigh and Moore are the priorities here.
