5 pitchers to consider on this slate:

  1. Corbin Burnes – 10.6DK – Just an incredible matchup here for Burnes tonight. Over the last couple of weeks, the Giants have struck out the 4th most versus RHP and have been a bottom 2 offense. Burnes has a 33% strikeout rate and a 2.93 SIERA over the last month.
  2. Carlos Rodon – 9.3DK – He is too cheap in this spot at home against the Brewers. This is going to be an awesome pitchers duel to watch tonight. He is coming off a CG 12k performance against the Padres. He has a 32% strikeout rate and a 2.72 SIERA over the last month.
  3. Kevin Gausman – 8.5DK  – The Royals are making the trip north of the border without 10 of the 26 players on their roster due to COVID rules in Canada (SO DUMB). They will be without Andrew Benintendi, Hunter Dozier, Kyle Isbel, Whit Merrifield, MIchael A. Taylor, and MJ Melendez.  All of whom are regular starters for this team. The Royals will be fielding a legit AAA team for the entire weekend series. Gausman has a 29% strikeout rate and a 3.21 SIERA over the last 30 days.
  4. Triston McKenzie – 8.3DK – Triston gets the Tigers at home here tonight. Over the last couple of weeks they have struck out the 8th most versus RHP and have been a bottom 10 offense. Triston has a 24% strikeout rate along with a 3.83 SIERA over the last month.
  5. Keegan Thompson – 5.8DK – He has been FANTASTIC over the last month or so. He has a 31% strikeout rate along with a 3.04 SIERA over that time. That includes 2 games against the Dodgers and Braves as well. He gets a patient Mets team here but the price is really nice for someone with his k rate and he will throw close to 100P.

5 Stacks to consider on this slate:

  1. Atlanta Braves – Chalk Braves night!! They have the highest implied total on the slate by almost a full run. Anibal Sanchez is back in our lives and he is coming if the 60 day IL making his first start of the season. He hasnt pitched in the bigs since September 2020. In 4 AAA starts he has a 4 ERA and a 1.34 WHIP.
  2. Toronto Blue Jays  – How many Blue Jays is too many??? Absolute Nut spot here facing off versus Jackson Kowar and the awful Royals bullpen. He is allowing a 650 SLG and 473 WOBA on the season.
  3. Cleveland Guardians – Elvin Rodriguez is AWFUL. He is allowing a 346 ISO versus lefties and a 400 ISO versus righties this season. This is a full 5 man stack situation here. Jram, Naylor and Jones top the list for me.
  4. Los Angeles Dodgers – They have kinda let us down recently, but I like going right back to them tonight against Dakota Hudson. He has the highest SIERA on the slate over the last month.
  5. Texas Rangers – LOVE going right back to the Rangers here at home against Marco Gonzalez. I def prefer the righties here but Seager is on a heater so dont exclude him!
