5 pitchers to consider on this slate:

  1. Nathan Eovaldi – 8.8DK – The price is simply too low here facing an Angels team that has lost 13 in a row and has struck out the 3rd most in the league versus right-handed pitching over the past few weeks. He has a 26% strikeout rate to go along with a 3.10 SIERA.
  2. Aaron Nola- 9.4DK – He should be a 10k pitcher. He has a slate high 30.2% strikout rate and a 2.63 SIERA. I’m not scared of this Brewers matchup missing Hunter Renfroe. Great spot here.
  3. Tony Gonsolin – 9.2DK  – He has a very impressive 1.59 ERA, .88 WHIP and is averaging 19.1 DK points per start with 6 straight 20+ DK point performances. This banged up White Sox quad is just terrible on offense right now.
  4. Chris Bassitt – 8.2DK – Very sneaky good spot for the hound here Over the past 2 weeks the Padres have the 14th highest strikeout rate and are a bottom 3 offense versus right-handed pitching.
  5. Jared Koenig – 5.0K – Very risky play here. He is a former 35th round draft pick. He won the Double A central pitcher of the year award in 2021. Since he made his debut last year, he has a 2.94 ERA in 174 innings. Over his last 5 AAA starts (32 innings), he has allowed 5 runs, struck out 39 and issued 7 walks. The Braves have a TON of power versus lefties, but they also strike out alot. He threw 92 pitches in his last start. I dont hate Dane Dunning as another Cheap option who is def safer.

5 Stacks to consider on this slate:

  1. New York Yankees – Another great Yankees spot here coming off a 10 run game yesterday. Chris Archer has a xERA of 5.51 which is almost 2 full runs than his actual ERA.
  2. Atlanta Braves – Dont hate the Rookie pitcher here, BUT, the Braves smash lefties and Ronald Acuna Jr. just smashed 2 homers yesterday.
  3. Los Angeles Dodgers – I refuse to believe that Johnny Cueto is a thing in 2022. The Dodgers should smash here.
  4. San Francisco Giants – Another GREAT spot for the Gigantes. Senzatela has a 7.25 xERA on the season which is 2 runs higher than his actual ERA.
  5. Boston Red Sox – The Sox facing another lefty here in Reid Detmers. They have the best ISO and wRC+ vs lefties over the last couple of weeks.
