5 pitchers to consider on this slate:

  1. Tarik Skubal – 9.8DK – This is the NUT matchup for my boy Tarik tonight. He has a 27% strikeout rate to go along with only a 4% walk rate and a slate LOW 2.97 SIERA. He gets the Pirates here who have struck out the 2nd most times versus lefties over the past few weeks.
  2. Carlos Rodon – 10.3DK – He has a massive 30.4% strikeout rate and a 3.25 SIERA on the season. Colorado hasnt really been striking out versus lefties, but they have been an anemic offense outside of Coors. I like the spot here.
  3. Jeffrey Springs – 6.3DK  – This dude is WAAAAY too cheap on Draftkings. He got up to 85 pitches in his last appearance. He has the 2nd highest strikeout rate on the slate at 28% to go along with a 5% walk rate and a miniscule 2.99 SIERA. Scary matchup here versus the red hot Goldy, but I’m not really scared of anyone else.
  4. Kyle Wright – 10.1DK – This is such an incredible spot for my both Kyle at home versus the Athletics. Over the plast 2 weeks they have struck out the 5th most in the league while being a bottom 10 offense. Wright has a 27.5% strikeout rate and a 3.43 SIERA on the season.
  5. Justin Verlander – 10.6K – I likely wont be using him tonight, but he will be chalk. The Mariners have been a top 5 offense versus righties over the past few weeks and JV has given up the 2nd most bombs on the slate.

5 Stacks to consider on this slate:

  1. Toronto Blue Jays – Gotta go right back to the Blue Jays tonight. Over the past coupole of weeks they have had the BEST offense in wrc+ and ISO versus right-handed pitching.
  2. Boston Red Sox – LOVE the bounce spot spot here for the red sox facing a lefty. Over the past couple of weeks they have been the best offense is wRC+ and ISO versus lefties.
  3. Atlanta Braves – LOVE my Braves versus a lefty tonight at home. They have been a top 5 offense versus lefties over the past few weeks. Swanson, Acuna and Riley top the list for me here.
  4. New York Yankees – Another SMASH spot on this slate. Cole Sands has been very bad so far with a slate high 13% barrell rate. The Yankees have been a top 3 offense versus right-handed pitching over the past couple of weeks.
  5. SF Giants – Speaking of being bad, German Marquez has been downright AWFUL this season. He has given up a slate high 11 homers and 41 ER this season. The Giants could be the late night hammer as they have the 2nd highest ISO versus righties over the past couple of weeks.
