4 Pitchers to consider on this slate:

  1. Bryce Miller – 10.6DK – While the matchup here against the Yankees isn’t a good one, they had to travel west after playing at home yesterday which normally favors the home team. Bryce has been fantastic since getting the call up. He has a 3.83 xFIP along with a 26% strikeout rate and only a 3% walk rate. He has given up 4ER in 31 innings pitched.
  2. Michael Kopech – 8.8DK – Has come out of no where the last 2 starts with massive 36 and 41 DK point performances against the Guardians and the Royals. He gets a home matchup against the Angels here. Over his last 2 starts he has a 16 and 17 % swinging strike rate.
  3. Michael Soroka – 7.8DK – Making his long awaited MLB return after missing 3 seasons due to 2 separate achilles tears. He is fully stretched out and he could ask for a better debut than here in Oakland against the Athletics. He looked really good in AAA his last few starts.
  4. Bobby Miller – 5.4DK – Simply a misprice here on Bobby. He gets a home matchup here against the Nats who had to travel across the country for this one. His first start he had a 2.53 xFIP along with a 25% strikeout rate and a 5% walk rate.

3 Stacks to consider on this slate:

  1. Atlanta Braves – Matt Olson and Sean Murphy get to go back to their old stomping grounds and pound the Athletics! Paul Blackburn will be making his season debut here and he had a 7.5 ERA with a 2.17 WHIP in AAA for his rehab stint. NOT GOOD!!
  2. Los Angeles Dodgers –  The Dodgers get the awful Trevor Williams at home here. He has a 4.99 xFIP to go along with a 1.62 HR/9. He has been awful versus both sides of the plate, so everyone is in play here.
  3. Chicago White Sox – They get to face Griffin Canning here who has been very reverse splits this season. That benefits this White Sox team as they will likely roll out 6 righties here. Hopefully Jake Burger cracks the lineup as he has a 299 ISO and 332 WOBA versus righties. Luis Robert is another target here.
