    Five Pitchers to Consider

  1. Spencer Strider, $12,200 (DK) @ Toronto Blue Jays – Strider has been dominant so far this season and brings a perfect 4-0 record into this game in Toronto. He is coming off his 2nd double-digit strikeout game against a tough Baltimore offense, which included 21 swinging strikes. Price tag is getting up there but still not high enough for me.
  2. Gerrit Cole, $12,000 (DK) vs Tampa Bay Rays – Joining Strider above the $12k mark is Gerrit Cole in a re-match against the Tamp Bay Rays. Cole shutout the Rays through 4 innings last week and was spotted a 6-run lead before things unraveled. He gave up his first 2 HRs of the season in that game which really hurt. Love the bounce-back spot here at home.
  3. Corbin Burnes, $9,200 (DK) vs Kansas City Royals – After a rough first two starts to the season, Burnes has rebounded in his last five. He is 3-1 over that stretch and hasn’t allowed more than 2 earned runs in any start. Great matchup here at home against the Royals.
  4. MacKenzie Gore $8,700 (DK) vs New York Mets – Gore has been one of the lone bright spots in this Washington rotation so far this year. He had his best performance of the year against the Mets back on April 26th. In that game he had a season-high 10 strikeouts in a 4-1 win putting up 31.9 fantasy points.
  5. J.P. France, $7,600 (DK) @ Chi White Sox – The cheaper/mid range options are a little thin tonight. France is coming off his MLB debut in Seattle where he shutout the Mariners over 5 innings not allowing a run. With the injuries in the rotation to McCullers, Urquidy and Garcia, look for France to see a few more starts.

    Five Stacks to Consider

  1. Philadelphia Phillies vs Austin Gomber (L) – Coors Field will be a great place to start for offense tonight. The game total is sitting at 12 at the moment but will be popular as always. This is a tough spot for Austin Gomber who has been better in his last 3 starts after giving up 9 earned runs in just 2 innings against Pittsburgh back on April 19th.
  2. Baltimore Orioles vs Johan Oviedo (R) – After a solid start to the season, Oviedo has been rocked in his last 3 starts. He has given up 25 hits and 17 earned runs over the last 12.2 innings of work. Love the Orioles here!
  3. Texas Rangers vs Ken Waldichuk (L) – The Rangers offense is second in MLB in runs scored next to only the Tampa Bay Rays. They have also scored in double-digits 9 times already this season. Great spot here against Waldichuk and the awful Oakland bullpen.
  4. Colorado Rockies vs Taijuan Walker (R) – Other side of the Coors Field game we have the Rockies against the veteran Taijuan Walker. Think they come in way lower owned than the Phillies do tonight in a similar spot.
  5. Boston Red Sox vs Adam Wainwright (R) – Wainwright lasted just five innings in his season debut against Detroit last week. He gave up 8 hits and 4 earned runs but was able to get out with a no-decision. I like the Red Sox bats here namely Rafael Devers and Masataka Yoshida.
