MATCHUP SUMMARY
The Jaguars are coming off what might go down as the biggest upset the NFL has seen in years. They pulled out a 9-6 win over Josh Allen and the Bills. This is a classic letdown spot. Trevor Lawrence will be playing through a low ankle sprain and that doesn’t bode well for him here. After sitting out week 9, I’m expecting Jame Robinson to be back in week 10. Prior to the injury, he got 20+ touches in the 3 games prior. Per football outsiders, the Colts have the 2nd ranked Rushing defense DVOA. The only possible interest for me on this Jaguars team is Dan Arnold at 3500. He has had 17 targets over the last 2 weeks.
Coming off the mini Thursday Night Football mini bye, the Colts should roll here. Per Football Outsiders, the Jaguars have the 32nd ranked Passing defense DVOA and this sets up to be a prime spot for both Carson Wentz and STUD WR Michael Pittman. The Jaguars have actually been pretty good in stopping the run with the 8th ranked rushing defense DVOA, but Jonathan Taylor is on another level right now.
