MATCHUP SUMMARY

Buffalo is looking to rebound after a disappointing performance against the Steelers. Josh Allen played solid but not spectacular. His price didn’t move and he still provides huge upside. Stefon Diggs is still his number one priority by far and pairing the two together could lead to a big day. Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley are both viable options but will the targets remain as high as week one is the question. I have little interest in Devin Singletary even if Zach Moss remains inactive.

Miami is looking to go 2-0 but will have a much bigger task against the Bills than what they faced in Foxboro last week. Personally, I don’t trust Tua Tagovailoa especially against what should be a solid defense. No Dolphin running back saw more than 9 rushing attempts making any of the three a tough fantasy option. People will likely move toward Jaylen Waddle leaving Devontae Parker a lower owned pivot. Mike Gesicki saw limited targets against the Pats making him a sneaky pick.

Game flow will be vital in this game from a fantasy perspective. Do we see a Bills bounce back blowout, a defensive struggle or do both teams put up numbers. I am leaning toward option 1 and 3 myself. Josh Allen should bounce back and I feel many will jump off him. He can be played naked or with one of his wideouts. My concern with Tua is can he make plays in what will likely be in a come from behind manner. If he does the game can stay close, if not, it could be ugly.

THE DFS GEMS

Josh Allen, Bills – $7,200 on DraftKings. His price didn’t budge, his upside is still their, I think he gets lost between the two qb’s above him and three below price wise leaving him as a great leverage play.

Stefon Diggs, Bills – $7,700 on DraftKings. The same can be said for Diggs and if you play him you should have Allen paired with him. 14 targets is around his norm, he just lacked the yards.

Devontae Parker, Dolphins – $5,500 on DraftKings. Not a huge fan of any Dolphin but Parker should get the same if not more targets. I also don’t mind taking a shot on Gesicki if you feel the game stays close.
