Each Tuesday, I will analyze the Underdog Fantasy ADP Report which shows the biggest risers and fallers from the last week. I’m highlighting the 20 biggest risers and 20 biggest fallers in ADP this past week. Then I will list the players I am most bullish (continuing to buy) and bearish (not buying).
The Bullish and Bearish players listed could be from both the biggest risers and biggest fallers of the week on Underdog. For Risers, you could look at it two ways. Either the price is now too steep and I’m going to hold off buying more or I’m going to get more shares because I think the price will go up further throughout best ball season. For Fallers, the same applies that you may think they’ll continue to fall so you’ll wait, or you may think this is a good buy spot.
I’m not going to make a position on every player in risers and fallers list. But I’ll make a position on the players that I have the strongest stance on this week.
Look for this weekly column every Tuesday night! And hopefully this helps your best ball draft process this summer as ADPs evolve.

BULLISH:
-QB Brock Purdy – Purdy was announced the “leader in the clubhouse” in May. His rehab is on track. I think this is a small signal of what the market knows — Purdy is the 49ers QB1. I have been and will continue to draft him as their QB1 before the price skyrockets when that news is official. The 49ers were in the top 10 in most offensive statistical categories last year and I think the offense could be even better this year. So this is cheap access to this top offense.
-WR Khalil Shakir – I want more shares of Shakir before the price rises more once training camp starts. If a big WR free agent doesn’t sign there (The Bills don’t have the $), then we’re getting a great discount on WR3 in a high-powered offense.
-RB Ty Chandler – This is obviously due to Dalvin Cook’s release. I’ll continue to buy while the price is still reasonable.
-RB Kenneth Gainwell – I have a ton of shares of Gainwell, but I still think he’s too cheap. Yes, it’s a committee backfield for the Eagles, but I like taking the discounted piece of the backfield and the guy they trusted in their Super Bowl run.
-TE Luke Musgrave – His price will skyrocket during the preseason when everyone realizes he has no strong competition for the TE1 job in Green Bay.
-RB Dalvin Cook – Cook is down almost 3 spots because of the unknown of where he lands. Grab him now and hope it’s a solid landing spot. Because if it is, the price will rise significantly.
-TE Michael Mayer – Not sure why Mayer has continued to fall but incredible value to get this talented rookie TE in an offense that likes targeting TEs (HC Josh McDaniels and QB Jimmy Garappolo).
BEARISH:
-WR Parris Campbell – The Giants’ WR room is so crowded, I’m not going to draft a receiver who is up nearly 15 spots. If I’m drafting a Giants’ receiver, I’ll take the discount with Darius Slayton or a slightly elevated price in Isaiah Hodgins.
-QB Trey Lance – Obviously if I think Purdy is QB1 in San Francisco, then I’m fading Lance. I have thus far and will continue to do so. If you do draft Lance, you are hoping for injury or trade. If drafting him, I would definitely draft him in 3 QB builds.
-WR Rondale Moore – I’m not interested in the Cardinals receivers on Underdog when we are hunting for TDs. I don’t think the Cardinals will score a lot of them, and I’d rather target RB1 James Conner that gets high-value touches.
-WR Romeo Doubs – He rose massively last preseason and didn’t do much his rookie year. I really like rookie Packers’ WR Jayden Reed and would rather draft him at a discount.
-WR JuJu Smith Schuster – JuJu’s fall is likely due to seeing if DeAndre Hopkins lands in New England. This is smart to wait on this news.
