MATCHUP SUMMARYÂ
Big news with this game is who is playing quarterback. Zach Wilson hasn’t been impressive. The Jets are leaving the door open currently and we could see Joe Flacco or Mike White. Justin Fields is day to day with a left arm injury. Offensively the Bears had been coming around due to the exceptional play from Fields. Meanwhile the Jets are grasping for air hanging on for a playoff berth. Not sure this is going to be a game I target no matter who plays quarterback for either team.
The Bears offense goes as Justin Fields does. Fields has 5 consecutive games of 23+ fantasy points with two 40+ games. How will the arm injury affect his running game. Will he be gun shy or will he play as normal just getting down or out of bounds earlier to avoid hits. Just as big of a concern for Fields arm injury is this Jets defense. They have taken their game to the next level and becoming a threat. They have locked down the passing game for opponents while still being vulnerable on the ground. David Montgomery has become an option with Khalil Herbert out. Perhaps he sees an increased role with the Fields injury and with his price he could end up on the lower owned side. I have no interest in the wideouts for the Bears.
From a fantasy perspective I feel Joe Flacco provides the Jets with the best opportunities. No matter who starts though they have a shot to attack a weak Bears defense. If I am attacking this game from the Jets side offensively it’s with Flacco and one of his wideouts. I prefer Garrett Wilson as that is who Flacco targeted heavily in weeks 1-3. Elijah Moore and Denzel Mims are the only two other serious options for the Jets with Corey Davis on the injured report. Moore could be an interesting large field GPP play. Flacco did target him earlier in the season. If Wilson or White play I have no interest in the Jets offense. I am also staying away from the time share backfield of James Robinson and Michael Carter.

David Montgomery,Bears-$6,400Â Sentence. . . I can see Montgomery going on the lower owned side due to price and Jets defense. He could be in for a 20+ carry day with the injury to Fields. Finding the end zone is the key.Â
Jets Defense-$3,300Â Sentence. . . If Fields misses they will be chalk, if he plays they could be a sneaky play. Fields is the most sacked qb in the league. Jets have found the qb 17 times in last three games.Â
